Bridging Perspectives: Homelessness, Substance Use, and Mental Health Survey
Many individuals reported missing have complex backgrounds involving substance use or misuse, raising additional concerns for their well-being among friends and family. We recognize the unique challenges faced by these individuals and their loved ones when contact is lost.
We invite input from those currently using substances and individuals in recovery who are estranged from their family of origin.
We are also looking for input from professionals in the substance use and recovery fields that have experience with clients who have purposefully cut off contact/ran away from family.
